We source as much of our ingredients as we can from small Victorian farmers and producers who are committed to ethical and environmental best practice. Many of our suppliers are long term stall holders at the Collingwood Children's Farm and Convent farmers markets.
True to our beliefs in providing real food made with love, our food is prepared with the best ingredients on site by our chefs.
